Assiya Goneva, member of the ESC from Group II and Elitsa Barakova, member of the ESC from Group III were appointed as rapporteurs of the opinion. The work of the rapporteurs was supported by the external experts Tsvetelina Marinova and Yuri Valkovsky. At its plenary session held on 19.07.2024, the ESC discussed and adopted the Opinion.
