Ms Ekaterina Ribarova, a member of the Council from Group 2 – representative organisations of employees, was appointed rapporteur for the opinion. At the meeting of 02.11.2010, the Plenary Session adopted the opinion. The Plenary Session was also attended by a delegation from the European Economic and Social Committee (EESC) consisting of: Staffan Nilsson – President of the EESC, Nicholas Alexopoulos – Deputy Secretary-General and Rolf Eriksson – Head of Cabinet of the EESC President.
