Dr. Milena Angelova, member of ESC, Secretary General of the Association of Industrial Capital in Bulgaria, and Mr. Plamen Dimitrov, member of ESC, President of the Confederation of Independent Trade Unions in Bulgaria, were appointed as speakers on the position. At a meeting on 18.07.2013, the Plenary Session of the Economic and Social Council discussed and adopted the position.
