Plamen Dimitrov – member of ESC from Group 2 – Trade Unions, Chairman of the Committee on Labor, Income, Life Creation and Industrial Relations at ESC – was appointed as rapporteur for the position. At its plenary session, held on February 19, 2018, ESC discussed and adopted the position.
