The development of the resolution was assigned to a Presidential Council with the Vice-Presidents of the ESC as rapporteurs – Milena Angelova from Group I, Plamen Dimitrov from Group II and Bogomil Nikolov from Group III.
At its Plenary Session held on 24 March 2025, the ESC adopted this resolution.
