The Council appointed as co-rapporteurs on the resolution Mr. Vasil Velev and Mr. Kiril Domuschiev – members of ESC from Group 1 – employers, and Mr. Plamen Dimitrov and Mr. Dimitar Manolov – members of ESC from Group 2 – trade unions.
The draft resolution discussed by the Council of Presidents was adopted by the Plenary Session at a meeting on 24.02.2017.
