To develop the draft opinion, a temporary commission was established, consisting of: Chairman – Prof. Neno Pavlov and members: Plamen Zahariev, Dimitar Manolov, Dr. Evgeni Dushkov, Valentina Zartova, Prof. Nansen Behar. At its plenary session on 29.03.2010, the Economic and Social Council adopted the opinion.
