Valentina Zartova is a member of the Management Board and the Executive Council of the Bulgarian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (BCCI) and of the Supervisory Board of the National Institute for Conciliation and Arbitration.

Master of Law, lawyer at the Sofia Bar Association. He works as an arbitrator in the Arbitration Court at the BCCI and in the Arbitration Court at the Sofia Commodity Exchange.

She has been Deputy Chief Arbitrator of the Sofia Regional State Arbitration and Chief Arbitrator of the Departmental Arbitration at the Ministry of Agriculture.

He has been a member of the Economic and Social Council since its establishment in 2003.
