Chavdar Hristov is a consultant “Legal Protection of Labour” at the Confederation of Independent Trade Unions in Bulgaria (CICSB) until May 2022, who is responsible for labour legislation, social dialogue and legal protection of labour.
She graduated in Law from St. Kliment Ohridski”. He was a lawyer for 10 years and a lecturer in labour law.
He is a member of the National Council for Tripartite Cooperation. He was a member and Chairman of the Supervisory Board of the National Institute for Conciliation and Arbitration. He has additional qualifications in building structures and systems for resolving collective and individual labour disputes in the USA, Ireland and France.
He has been a member of the Economic and Social Council since its inception in 2003 and was one of the architects of the ESC Act.
