Valentina Zartova from Group I – Employers, Alexander Zagorov from Group II – Employees and Ina Agafonova from Group III – Civil Sector were appointed as rapporteurs for the Act. The work of the rapporteurs was supported by the experts Dimitar Velev, Atanaska Todorova and Milen Baltov. At the plenary session on 4.10.2024 the ESC voted and adopted the analysis.
