On February 12, 2007, pursuant to Article 33, paragraph 6 of the Rules of Procedure of the Economic and Social Council, the Chairman of the ESC – Assoc. Prof. Lalko Dulevski, submitted and presented to the plenary session for discussion and approval a draft Opinion, which was coordinated with the representatives of the Economic and Social Council in the working groups of the lower Economic and Social Committee on the Lisbon Strategy.
