Prof. Lalko Dulevski is Deputy Head and Lecturer at the Department of Human Resources and Social Protection since 2021 at the UNWE. He has been President of the General Assembly of the UNWE since 2015 and Ombudsman of the UNWE. In the period 2005-2021 he was Head of the Department of Human Resources and Social Protection at the UNWE.

Prof. Prof. Lalko Dulevski served as Chairman of the Economic and Social Council of Bulgaria from the establishment of ESC from 2003 to 2021.

She has been a member of the European Economic and Social Committee since 2010.

Prof. Prof. Dulevski has been Chairman and Member of the Supervisory Board of the National Employment Service, Member of the Board of the Deposit Guarantee Fund and other organizations.

Prof. Dulevski created and teaches a number of lecture courses at the UNWE – labour economics, labour market, human capital, investment in human capital, demographic foundations of insurance and social work, organization of insurance funds, pension funds, actuarial calculations and investment portfolios of pension funds, etc. He has published over 110 publications.

He has been a member of the Economic and Social Council since 2021.
