Maria Mincheva, member of the ESC from Group I, Alexander Zagorov from Group II and Ina Agafonova from Group III were appointed as rapporteurs for the opinion, and Dimitar Brankov and Mario Ninov were appointed as external experts. At its plenary session held on 17.06.2024, the ESC discussed and adopted the Opinion.
