Lidia Shuleva has over 25 years of experience as a business and financial consultant and manager. She holds master’s degrees in Electronics and Finance, along with numerous specializations both in Bulgaria and abroad, including at Harvard Kennedy School, USA.


She has served as Deputy Prime Minister of Bulgaria, Minister of Labour and Social Policy, Minister of Economy, and as a Member of both the European and Bulgarian Parliaments.


She is a recipient of the UN World Award for “People Who Change the World.” She is a member of the Board of the Council of Women in Business in Bulgaria.
