Vladislav Lazarov has managerial experience and expertise in working with and partnering alongside organizations and enterprises in the field of social entrepreneurship. He has been part of the system of Labour Production Cooperatives (LPC) since June 2000.
Since 2006, he has served as Parliamentary Secretary of the National Union of LPCs.
From 2011 to 2023, he was Chairman of the Board of the Vocational Production Cooperative “Impulse-21”.
In December 2021, he was elected Chairman of the Board of the restored Municipal Union of LPCs – Sofia.
In April 2022, he was elected Deputy Chairman of the National Union of LPCs.
In November 2023, during the 15th Regular Congress of the National Union of LPCs, he was elected Chairman.
