Monika Panayotova

Monika Panayotova is a university lecturer at the UNWE with a focus on CFSP/CSDP; EU External Relations – Enlargement and Neighbourhood Policies, Humanitarian and Development Policies, CTP; EU Public Communications, Transnational Political Processes in Europe. Deputy Minister in the Ministry of the Bulgarian Presidency of the Council of the EU 2018, responsible for relations with the European Parliament. General Manager of Inno Advisers Ltd. and then CEO of this consultancy. Member of the European Parliament (2012-2014), part of the SEDE, CONT and CULT committees. She has worked actively on various initiatives related to the strategic rethinking of the CFSP/CFSP and the opportunities for entrepreneurship, SMEs, access to new technologies, know-how and forms of venture capital that are crucial to position the EU in global competition.
