Silvia Todorova is Director of Economic and Financial Affairs, Head of the Entrepreneurship Centre at the Bulgarian Industrial Association. She was a member of the Board of the Social Security Fund at the Ministry of Labour and Social Policy. Ms. Todorova is a chemical engineer, holds a master’s degree in chemistry and technology of materials and building blocks for electronics and microelectronics and a master’s degree in quality management. She is fluent in English, Russian and Polish.
