Detelina Smilkova is the Chairperson of the Board of the Bulgarian Association for People Management (BAPM) and Chief Operating Officer of a multiprofile hospital for active treatment.

She holds a PhD in Icomomic Sciences and a Master’s Degree from TU and UNH.

He has worked in the field of human potential development in various sectors since the beginning of his professional career. After education and business, he started working in healthcare.

For 15 years he was Vice President of the Higher School of Insurance and Finance (HSIF).

She has also been an advisor to two ministers and an executive in the energy sector.

He has been a member of the Economic and Social Council since 2022.
