Rumiana Georgieva is Parliamentary Secretary and Head of the Industrial Relations Sector at the Confederation of Employers and Industrialists in Bulgaria (CEIB). She represents the organisation at expert level in working groups on changes in legislation in the field of tax policy, social security relations, labour legislation and employment policy. He has been in the NGO sector since 1989.

He holds a master’s degree in economics and industrial management from the Karl Marx Institute of Economics. She specialized in financial and currency problems of industrial firm. She was deputy minister of labor and social policy in 2014.

He has been a member of the Economic and Social Council from the employers’ quota since its establishment in 2003.
